An experienced marketer who started his career in the travel industry, then moved to the Financial Services sector before deciding to set-up PMA. A direct marketing practitioner and advocate of the power of data driven marketing, he is always keen to champion customer value management through effective segmentation.
Delivering the full marketing mix across traditional and digital media he has delivered a number of brand led communication strategies. His responsibilities have included managing £14 million marketing budgets across product and service teams whilst coordinating the annual delivery of 250 customer campaigns.
A creative marketer who started her career in Public Relations working both agency and client side, then moved into the wider marketing arena. Joining PMA shortly after it was set-up and bringing a complementary skill set to the business she is our resident copywriter.
Experience in developing a wide range of product and service communication strategies she has also managed the delivery of numerous integrated marketing campaigns. Setting up, launching and the day to day management of products, she works collaboratively across operational and marketing functions to deliver on Brand.
